Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking an Installer in the St. Louis area. The role involves installing high-end windows and doors, performing framing and finish carpentry, and assisting with glass work. Strong carpentry skills and blueprint comprehension are essential.

Applicants should have at least two years of construction experience, read blueprints, and be prepared to work on-site with a team. Missouri driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry tasks and ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Two years of construction-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain Missouri Class E driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete window and door installations per company policies.
• Perform rough framing, finish carpentry, interior trim, base, casing and crown molding work.
• Assist in glass replacement and repairs.
• Assist in field training of additional installers.
• Identify and repair service related issues.
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean, safe work area.
