Job summary

Lakeside Renovation & Design is seeking a highly skilled Lead Window & Door Installer to join our residential remodeling team in the St. Louis area. You will lead a small crew, install windows and doors, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience, strong carpentry skills, and the ability to coach others. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a trusted local contractor.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in window and door installation or residential carpentry.
Must have a basic set of hand tools.
Lead-safe certified preferred.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Install residential windows, entry doors, patio doors, storm doors, French doors, and related components.
Lead a crew and train laborers or apprentices as needed.
Measure and install trim and hardware with precision.
Work safely at heights (up to 40 feet) using ladders and harnesses.
Communicate job progress and challenges with the Project Manager.
Maintain a safe and organized jobsite at all times.
