Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Installer III to perform basic window and door installation on a single jobsite, following Renewal standards and safety regulations. The role focuses on safe practices, proper sealing, insulation, and accurate opening preparation.

The position requires attention to detail, teamwork with other installers, and the ability to handle common tools while maintaining a clean, efficient worksite per company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass fleet check.
• Window and Door installation experience.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Installs basic window and door product per Renewal standards and productivity expectations.
• Proper installation of insulation types (spray foam, fiberglass).
• Water management: flashing and shingling techniques.
• Prepare openings for all window/door types (L-flange, sill flashing).
• Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness; set up and tear down efficiently.
