You will work on aluminum truck bodies and trailers, with pulsed MIG welding as a core requirement. Training is available for the right candidate, and candidates must be trainable and eager to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminum truck bodies and sub-assemblies for standard and custom units.
• Use hand tools and mechanical fasteners; operate overhead cranes when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure quality workmanship.

First Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 am

Second Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:00 am

Description

• Assemble aluminum truck bodies and/or sub‑assembly components for small to medium sized custom and standard aluminum truck bodies and trailers.
• Pulsed aluminum MIG welding is required.
• Use of hand tools, mechanical fastener installation, measuring tools, computers, and overhead cranes are involved.
• High attention to detail, workmanship, and appearance is required.
• Experience or related schooling is a plus.
• Excellent pulsed MIG aluminum welding skills are a must; some training for the right candidate.
• High mechanical aptitude to safely and skillfully operate hand tools and other metal‑working tools.
• Able to accurately measure and perform basic math.
• Able to accurately work with and interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and respectful environment.

All applicants will be considered. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Must be at least 18 years of age. Potential hires must pass a physical and drug screen before starting employment.
