Qualifications

• Experience or related school is a plus.
• High attention to detail and workmanship.
• High mechanical aptitude to safely operate hand tools and other metal-working tools.
• Able to accurately measure and perform basic math.
• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized and respectful environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of CNC equipment.
• Accurate use of measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Load and unload parts.
• Inspect parts for quality.
• Set up tools and machine; computer operation.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
• Maintain attention to detail and problem-solving.

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm; Friday 6:00am - 11:00am

Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am

Description

Operation of CNC machine equipment including Trumpf Laser Cutting Tables, Trumpf Punching Machines, Emmegi CNC 4 and 5 axis milling machines, and Trumpf Press Brakes. Required skills include operation of material handling lifts, use of some hand tools, measuring tools and computers.
