Mission Restaurant Supply in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, read blueprints, and ensure weld quality.

The role requires physical endurance, safety consciousness, and ability to work in a high‑pressure environment with varying weather. Onsite, team‑oriented shop with opportunities for training and certification.

Formación

• Proven experience as a welder in fabrication shop or similar.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Assemble and fabricate metal parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure fabrication accuracy.
• Inspect welds and finished products; perform adjustments or rework to meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment; report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements; adhere to safe work practices.
