Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment on a variety of products.
• Lay out, position, align, and fit metal parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding requirements.
• Perform finish grinding and spot grinding to meet quality standards.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Maintain welding and grinding equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet production and quality goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
