Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year vocational training or relevant work experience.
• AWS/D1.1 or D1.3 certifications preferred within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG weld in all positions; set up welds.
• Load/unload robotic welder; program adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret part drawings and prints.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; follow 5S and ISO standards.
• Inspect welds per inspection levels and document results.
• Operate forklift/crane for material handling.
• Provide training for Level I/II duties and assist teammates.
• Develop and maintain robot programs and perform preventative maintenance.
