Qualifications

• Minimum one year welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with GTAW, GMAW, FCAW welding processes.
• Knowledge of ASME welding specifications.
• Must be able to pass on-site welding test.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assemble mechanical structures with precision.
• Read blueprints and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Determine appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications.
• Grind parts and prepare components for welding.
• Weld components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
• Ensure welds meet ASME specs and quality standards.
