Job summary

FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer in Lebanon, Ohio. We weld, assemble and inspect metal components for the Bull Hog and related attachments. You will set up parts, weld from drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications as part of a growing manufacturing team.

As a Welder II, you will perform MIG and flux/core welding, operate related equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMAW/MIG and FCAW welding is required.
• Ability to read weld symbols and follow blueprints.
• Strong manual dexterity and steadiness for precision work.
• Basic math skills related to welding tasks.
• Ability to work vertical, flat, or overhead welds.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety programs and production schedule.
• Reads, assembles, and welds from blueprints.
• Prepares and tacks weldments; sets up parts.
• Monitors welding parameters to prevent warping.
• Operates crane and forklift as needed.
• Inspects finished parts against print specifications.
• Maintains clean, organized work area.
