Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Arkansas. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate and repair metal components using TIG, MIG, and STICK welding, under the guidance of our Shop Foreman.

This position emphasizes safety, quality, and professional growth, with competitive pay of $23.00–$30.00 per hour and opportunities for certifications, training, and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical education or welding certificate preferred.
• Experience with TIG, MIG, and STICK welding.

Responsibilities

• Safely cut, lay out, fit, and weld metal components to repair equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions for projects.
• Perform repairs and plant maintenance using grinders and torches.
• Fabricate parts with welding machines and oxy-acetylene torches.
• Uphold safety rules, PPE use, and company policies at all times.
