Job summary

CRH's APAC Central Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to fabricate and repair metal components using electric and acetylene welding. Under supervision, you will interpret blueprints, select appropriate methods, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical welding certs preferred but not required.
• Experience with TIG, MIG and STICK welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely cut, lay out, fit, and weld sheet metal and other metals.
• Interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
• Perform repairs and plant maintenance using welding tools.
• Fabricate parts with welding machines and oxy-acetylene torches.
• Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules.
