You will construct and weld subassemblies from precise drawings, using Mig, Tig and Stick techniques to build a variety of machines. Expect to move across stations and possibly operate a forklift while supporting production needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior welding experience or vocational training.
• Proficiency in Mig, Tig and Stick welding methods.

Responsibilities

• Welds and constructs subassemblies from detailed drawings.
• Welds a variety of machines daily and follows production schedules with minimal supervision.
• May rotate through different welding stations during the process.
• Operates a forklift as needed and supports other departments as required.
• Maintains inventory levels of welded parts and meets deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
