Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to complete company weld testing process.
• Demonstrate ability to learn basic math and measurement functions.
• Demonstrate ability to interpret and understand verbal and written production and safety information.
• Ability to work individually or in a team and to increase product knowledge and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily weld tasks and build to quality and safety standards.
• Review specifications and drawings for safe, efficient builds.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and manage materials/inventory.
• Operate hand tools and assist in fitting, fabrication, and assembly as needed.
• Possibly learn steel and/or aluminum MIG welding.
