Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Power Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate powered equipment to move merchandise safely in our furniture, bedding, and fulfillment facilities, including stock pickers and reach trucks up to 40 feet high.

You will input data using PCs and handhelds and work with warehouse systems to ensure accurate, timely handling of orders. This full-time role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior Power Equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
• Must read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely using stock pickers and reach trucks up to 40 ft high.
• Input data accurately using PCs and handheld devices and navigate warehouse systems.
• Maintain safety by reporting equipment issues and following procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals and deliver hospitality to customers.
• Help ensure merchandise is picked, moved, and packed with care.
