Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience.
• Ability to read and follow directions (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills: counting adding, subtracting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Must have hand to eye coordination
• Must be organized and able to multi-task
• Overtime as required, including Saturday

Responsibilities

• Assemble and upholster portions of furniture using air stapling tools and hand tools.
• Move frames from conveyor to upholstery lift; position and measure for fit.
• Staple foam and fabric/leather for proper appearance.
• Trim excess fabric and seams for a crisp finish.
• Work with various models and follow safety procedures.
