Bratt Tree Service in the Twin Cities metro is seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our outdoor team. You will work with an experienced crew removing, pruning, rigging, and maintaining trees on residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree climbing using rope and saddle; no spikes for pruning.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques and climbing gear.
• Ability to safely operate chainsaws and other power tools.
• Strong physical stamina for all weather conditions and heights.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tree climbing using rope and saddle techniques safely.
• Execute tree removals and complex rigging as needed.
• Perform pruning to ANSI A300 standards; manage debris and cleanup.
