• Experience using activity targets to deliver results.
• Maintaining a database of clients & candidates.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales and Achieving Placement Targets by placing skilled trades professionals.
• Owning the Full Placement Cycle from identifying candidates to finalizing offers.
• Building Client Trust and Delivering Results by understanding client needs and delivering high-quality talent.
• Proactively developing a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Monitoring and improving performance with metrics like time-to-fill and client satisfaction.
