Qualifications

• 3 years of recruiting or sales experience REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented with a sales mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting consultative conversations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client partnerships through outbound calls, meetings and networking.
• Learn client businesses and hiring needs to provide consultative solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat hiring.
• Source, interview, and build relationships with skilled trades professionals.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Identify opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships.
