You will focus on developing client partnerships and sourcing qualified trades professionals across roles such as Maintenance Technicians, Welders, Machinists, CNC Operators, and Industrial Electricians.

Qualifications

3 years of experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
Customer-or sales-oriented mindset required.
Comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations required.

Responsibilities
