Job summary

VIP Staffing invites applications for a Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter. In this role you will lead sourcing and research to build a strong pipeline, manage the full-cycle hiring process, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You’ll also ensure job postings stay current, conduct in-depth interviews, verify work authorization, and manage payroll-related tasks weekly. Strong organization and 3+ years in skilled trades recruiting are required; Avionte Bold familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in skilled trades recruiting and staffing.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive interviews to identify top talent.
• Expert phone screening abilities to ensure no detail is overlooked.
• Professional email communication with solid business etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills ensuring a positive interaction.
• Ability to craft persuasive resumes for skilled trades candidates.
• Familiarity with Avionte Bold software is a plus for recruiting efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience specializing in skilled trades recruiting and staffing.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, are essential for a Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive interviews to identify top skilled trades talent.
• Expert phone screening abilities to ensure no detail is overlooked in skilled trades recruiting.
• Professional email communication skills, with an understanding of business etiquette.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
• Ability to create persuasive resumes that effectively represent skilled trades candidates.
• Familiarity with Avionte Bold software is a plus for skilled trades recruiting efficiency.
