Job summary

Global Laser Enrichment in Wilmington, NC seeks an experienced leader to supervise the Skilled Trades organization. The role focuses on hiring, developing, evaluating, and retaining staff, while maintaining qualification programs and workforce readiness.

You will partner with management to align staffing with operational needs and ensure long-term capability. The position requires leadership in a regulated environment, ability to manage multiple priorities, and readiness to work extended hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to supervise technical personnel and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of operations and human performance principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or off-normal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Skilled Trades personnel at all levels.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, and retain Skilled Trades staff.
• Maintain qualification programs and workforce readiness.
• Staffing alignment with operational needs and future capability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Facilities and other groups.
