Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to provide consecutive interpretation.
• Successful completion of interpreting proficiency evaluations.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent as required by client.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to travel to onsite assignments.
• Background/security/fingerprint/drug screening may be required per client/site requirements.
• Interpreter credentials or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional consecutive interpretation between English and Spanish during onsite assignments.
• Provide remote interpretation by telephone or video when applicable.
• Follow interpreter protocols, professional standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy, security, and data protection requirements.
• Interact professionally with clients, patients, and other participants.
• Maintain language proficiency and subject‑matter knowledge necessary to perform assignments accurately.
