Job summary

ROI in New London County is seeking skilled laborers to support construction and site maintenance projects. You will perform setup and cleanup, assist with material handling, and support demolition efforts while maintaining safety and efficiency on all assignments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years on residential/commercial sites, own hand tools, and OSHA 10/30 certifications. Willingness to travel and endure all weather conditions is required; excellent teamwork and punctuality are valued.

Qualifications

• Own hand tools, belt, and reliable transportation required.
• 1–3 years of experience on residential and/or commercial job sites.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site, including debris removal.
• Assist with loading and delivery of materials.
• Demolition and rubbish removal; site maintenance/cleaning.
• May operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with OSHA regulations and company policies.
