We value hard work, safety, and attention to detail. Prior sealcoating or construction experience is preferred but training is available; a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt maintenance, sealcoating, or general construction preferred with training available.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to drive company trucks and tow trailers is a plus.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious; capable of working independently or in a crew.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation of asphalt surfaces using blowers, brooms, and pressure washers.
• Crack sealing by routing and filling cracks with hot-pour or cold-pour sealant.
• Apply sealers with hand squeegees, brushes, and spray rigs.
• Assist with line striping, layout, and ADA markings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on trucks, tanks, spray systems, and hand tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
