Job summary

Drm-Inc. in Cheyenne, WY seeks an experienced Scraper Operator to operate heavy scraper equipment on construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and grade accuracy. You will cut, load, haul, and spread fill while coordinating with foremen and surveyors to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of scraper operation on construction or earthwork projects.
Ability to read grade stakes and understand basic grading plans.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening.
Strong safety, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Cut, load, haul, and spread fill material according to project specifications.
Interpret and follow information provided by grade stakes, plans, and instructions.
Perform daily inspections of scraper equipment and report mechanical issues.
Conduct basic maintenance and keep equipment clean, fueled, and lubricated.
Work closely with foremen, surveyors, and other equipment operators to ensure grade accuracy.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
Perform other tasks as needed to support project operations.
