Job summary

Drm-Inc is seeking an experienced Scraper Operator for our site in Cheyenne, WY. The role involves operating heavy scraper equipment to move, grade, and spread earth materials on construction projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will cut, load, haul, and spread fill material, read grade stakes, and perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Collaboration with foremen and surveyors is essential to ensure precise grading and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Operate heavy scraper equipment on construction sites.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE usage.
• Read grade stakes and grading plans to guide work.
• Communicate clearly with foremen and crew.

Responsibilities

• Cut, load, haul, and spread fill material per project specs.
• Interpret grade stakes, plans, and instructions.
• Inspect scraper equipment daily and report issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and fueled.
• Coordinate with foremen, surveyors, and other operators for grade accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and jobsite requirements.
• Support project operations as needed.
