Job summary

Hydro-Gear LLC in Kentucky is seeking an assembly/machine operator to join a climate-controlled shop, where you’ll work on drive systems for turf market leaders and other applications.

You’ll master high-tech machines, perform routine care, inspect products with precision, and collaborate with teammates to hit production goals.

If you bring hands-on experience in assembly, mechanical aptitude, and a team-first mindset, you’ll grow with us through training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in assembly or machine operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read gauges and measurements.
• Detail-oriented with good visual inspection skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
