Job summary

Engineering Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Industrial Control Panel Builder in Wisconsin. You will wire and assemble complex control panels from schematics, ensure adherence to deadlines, and participate in kickoff meetings with engineering and customers.

Position requires at least 2 years of panel-building experience, the ability to read schematics, and a valid driver's license for site travel. Excellent benefits and a stable work schedule on 1st shift offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Must hold valid driver's license and be able to travel between work sites.

Responsibilities

• Attend kickoff meetings with Engineering team and customers.
• Build and wire control panels from start to finish per schematics.
• Layout, drill, punch, and mount components in enclosures.
• Route wires neatly according to standards.
• Ensure work meets project specs and quality.
• Troubleshoot turnkey automation equipment on-site or in-house.
• Escalate concerns impacting schedule or quality.
• Maintain safe work practices and 6S guidelines.
• Maintain clean work area and attendance.
