Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Noblesville, IN is seeking a skilled Painter to perform high-quality painting of material handling equipment and related projects.

The role emphasizes producing top-quality painted parts to meet project specifications, with additional duties in assembly and fabrication, plus maintenance of shop equipment. 1st shift is 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with safety protocols and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Must have completed/obtained High School diploma or GED.
• Powder coat / 5+ years experience.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. - standing, bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting are potential movement requirements for this role.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Employees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls.

Responsibilities

• Ability to paint prep using sanding and grinding tools along with Acetone & Xylene
• Keep workspace in a neat and organized order
• Ability to produce high quality painted parts from blueprints with low rejection rate
• Follow safety protocols per JSA (Job Safety Analysis)
• Relevant painting experience highly preferred
• Positive attitude, able to handle tense situations that arise
• Utilize hand tools to perform fabrication tasks as needed
• General knowledge of paint guns, paint boots, and paint accessories
• Ability to work 1st shift 6 am to 2:30 pm. (half-hour lunch) Monday through Friday.
