Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting with proper surface preparation and coating application.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs to building systems.
• Inspect work for quality and complete touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and supervisors professionally.
