Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM), LLC is seeking a full-time entry-level Maintenance Technician at Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence, AZ. The role focuses on maintenance, upkeep of buildings and systems, and common areas across the property.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and grounds work, plus safety and fire system maintenance. Candidates should be able to read and act on work orders, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, building systems, common areas and other assets on the property.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, pressure washing and related tasks.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal, sweeping, landscaping and pressure washing.
• Maintain pools, spa, sauna, steam room, water features, landscape and irrigation systems as applicable.
• Check water chemistry levels and ensure compliance with health department regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance of fire safety systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle service requests and respond to after-hours calls and emergencies.
• Operate and store maintenance equipment safely and properly.
