Meadows of Napa Valley seeks a Unit Assistant (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in Napa, CA. The role supports residents with ADLs, bathing, grooming, and mobility, and assists with meals and activities in a resort-style senior living campus.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing; monitor conditions and report changes.
• Assist in serving meals and participating in activities; maintain clean, safe rooms.
• Record vital signs and assist in transfers/ambulation; respond to assistance requests.
