UVM Health Network- Porter Medical Center seeks a Skilled Nursing Center Site Administrator to create and maintain a high-quality clinical environment in a homelike setting while ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state regulations for long-term care facilities.

The SA champions post-acute care, combines expertise with compassion for residents, families and staff, and supports the center's role in access, affordability, and quality care for the community.

Qualifications

• Requires Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an environment providing high-quality clinical care in a homelike setting while ensuring operations meet applicable policies and procedures and federal/state regulations governing long-term care.
• Provide leadership and oversight for staffing, operations, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and implement program plans aligned with post-acute and long-term care goals.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to support outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives.
