Downey Community Health Center in Downey, CA, seeks an experienced RN to join a family-owned skilled nursing team providing dedicated resident care. This full-time, in-person position offers a supportive, community-focused environment.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process; coordinate resident care plans; monitor changes in condition; and supervise unit staff to ensure timely, high-quality care. Vaccination is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active California RN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be vaccinated.

Aufgaben

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinates care of assigned residents, including the assessment of residents’ needs and development of a resident care plan.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating changes in patients’ condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets information from health-care members and documents and reports to charge RN and/or MD.
• Oversees unit staff to ensure delivery of timely and quality care.
• Other RN duties as assigned.
