Job summary

Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our upscale, 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide compassionate care, coordinate with the DON, and ensure residents receive attentive, compliant medical services.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in California, be a graduate of an accredited program, and be prepared to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home (preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' comprehensive needs are met in accordance with the Meadows of Napa Valley team.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
