Job summary

Saratoga Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our upscale Skilled Nursing Facility in Saratoga, CA. We offer a 5-star, 94-bed environment with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

As an RN on our team, you will provide compassionate care, support the DON with assessments and admissions, and ensure all charting and medication management are accurate. A strong focus on resident well-being drives our culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home preferred but not required.
• WLEXITIBILITY to work weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of DHS Regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork.
• Background check, drug screen, TB test, fingerprinting as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care to residents.
• Support the DON with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents' needs are met per the Meadows of Napa Valley nursing team.
• Review routines, events calendar, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and record keeping.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.
• Maintain a culture of excellence in all responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
