Job summary

Saratoga Retirement Community is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our upscale 94-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Saratoga, CA. You will provide compassionate care, support the DON with assessments and admissions, and ensure residents' needs are met in alignment with our care standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily routines, ensuring medications and supplies are stocked, maintaining accurate charting, and upholding our Mission, Vision and Values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state, in good standing.
• Nursing home experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and compliance.
• Background check, drug screen and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to residents.
• Support the Director of Nursing with assessments and admissions.
• Review routines and resident needs; ensure care is met.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, stocked, and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and record-keeping.
• Promote the facility's Mission, Vision and Values; participate in the team.
