RN position details:

• Full Time (37.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm
• Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm
• Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 3pm - 11pm

We are offering up to a $15,000 retention bonus for Full Time new hires!

RN job duties include:

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as necessary. Greet newly admitted residents upon admission and escort them to their rooms.
• Make rounds with physicians as necessary.
• Consult with the resident, their family, and the resident’s physician when planning the resident’s care, treatment, and rehab.
• Visit residents on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status. Provide direct nursing care as necessary.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled.
• Review MAR for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.
• Participate in the development of a written plan of care (preliminary and comprehensive) for each resident that identifies the problems/needs of the resident, indicates care to be given and goals to be accomplished, and states which professional service is responsible for each element of care.
• Ensure that all personnel involved in providing care to the resident are aware of the resident’s care plan.
