Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work within a dedicated therapy gym and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible); SNF or post-acute experience is preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.
