Millennium Therapy in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. You will work under a supervising physical therapist to support patient goals and deliver care. The PTA provides screens, data collection, and direct treatment, while collaborating with a clinical team and training caregivers.

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (APTA accredited) and licensure in state of hire or eligibility.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Assist in resident screens and data collection under supervising therapist.
• Participate in the clinical team process and program development.
• Provide teaching/training to patients, residents, caregivers, and families per plan of care.
• Prepare treatment materials and assist with clerical duties as directed.
