Qualifications

• Associates degree in PTA from an APTA accredited program.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screens, collect assessment data, and provide direct treatment under supervision.
• Conduct resident screens as directed by the supervising therapist.
• Participate in the clinical team process and team communication.
• Provide training to caregiver staff and participate in program development.
• Collect assessment data as part of the evaluation process and document findings.
