The Center at Val Vista in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to support the daily cleaning operations of the facility. The role involves performing housekeeping tasks to keep patient areas, common spaces, and resident rooms clean, orderly, and safe in a hotel-like environment.

Shifts run Friday through Wednesday, 7:30am to 4pm. Candidates should follow federal, state, and local standards while maintaining a comfortable and hygienic facility for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned in the facility.
• Empty and sanitize ash trays daily and dispose properly.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, and room surfaces daily as instructed.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish bathroom fixtures and remove water marks.
• Clean floors via sweeping, mopping, and appropriate treatment; follow safety signs.
• Clean carpets, vacuum, deodorize, and disinfect as needed.
• Clean walls and ceilings; remove dirt and stains from surfaces.
• Remove dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces with approved cleaning solutions.
• Clean hallways, stairways, and elevators; discard waste into proper containers.
