Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking to join our dietary team in a skilled nursing setting and help provide comfort, care and connection through every meal served to our residents. This temporary position offers shifts from 8:00a to 4:30p with a pay range of $34.00–$36.00 per hour and access to advantageous pay options.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent and a Food Handler level II certification per state requirements.
• Must be a certified food service manager or hold a national certification in food service management.
• May have an associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality with relevant coursework.
• Must meet state requirements for food service managers where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the food service department, including staffing, ordering, and meal preparation.
• Ensure food delivery, safety and sanitation align with policies and regulations.
• Supervise food service staff and uphold quality nutritional services daily.
