Job summary

Westview Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Day Cook/Dietary Aide (PRN Cook) to join our friendly Skilled Nursing team. You will prepare meals for residents, following dietary needs and recipes, and contribute to daily dining experiences.

This role offers opportunities to grow, competitive wages, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality food service. Previous SNF foodservice experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents according to dietary needs and recipes.
• Ensure food quality and safety by recording temperatures.
• Serve meals and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow portion control and document any dietary restrictions.
