Qualifikationen

• Experience in a commercial kitchen serving residents in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Permit is required.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Follows recipes and prepares meals according to the menu cycle.
• Cooks or prepares meals in institutional quantities at proper temperatures and times.
• Adjusts quantities to meet resident needs and census.
• Serves meals on time and maintains clean, organized work area.
• Prepares and maintains food substitutes for resident choices.
• Assists Dietary Manager in inspections and surveys.
• Follows infection control policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
