Qualifications

• 2+ years of millwork, finish carpentry, or related installation experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Familiar with residential and commercial construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and architectural millwork in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans for accurate installations.
• Measure, cut, and modify materials on-site for precise fitting.
• Ensure installations are level, secure, and meet project specifications.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites and coordinate with project teams.
