Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MIG welding and operating fabrication equipment.

• Ability to measure accurately and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate welder and welding machinery and tools.
• Completes work area set up.
• Fits parts together per drawings and quality standards.
• Operates equipment to complete assembly.
• Prevents waste of raw materials.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized.
• Prepares pre-shift equipment inspection checklist.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Maintains production records.
• Performs duties per safety and quality procedures.
• Participates in safety, CI and other programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
