Job summary

Manpower, Inc. seeks skilled Welders/Fabricators to build and assemble metal components from blueprints and specifications. You will operate fabrication equipment, perform MIG welding, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, fabricating and welding parts, setting up equipment, measuring and deburring materials, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of welding/fabrication experience or related training.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel and sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld metal parts and subassemblies.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment including band saws, drill presses, grinders, and air tools.
• Measure, cut, deburr, and prepare materials for welding.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and weld standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist team members and production leaders in meeting production goals.
