Job summary

Dalsin Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our Bloomington facility. The role focuses on MIG and TIG welding in multiple positions, reading prints, and operating robotic welders to maintain high-quality parts.

You will ensure safety, adhere to ISO standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with teams across production and engineering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year vocational training or 1 year relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain AWS D1.2 and D1.6 Tig Certifications within two months of hire.
• ERP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG weld in all positions.
• Set up MIG/TIG welds.
• Read and understand part drawings and engineering prints.
• Inspect welds per inspection levels and policy.
• Load/unload and program robots; perform basic robot adjustments.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Perform quality audits of welders' work and GEMBA updates.
